We are looking for a sales professional with approximately 50% travel (post Covid-19) managing a portfolio of assigned accounts that are part of the Carrier Ecosystem. Account examples include: Regional Carriers, General Contractors, Neutral Hosts and responsibility for developing relationships with major carrier construction and project management teams in specific markets. Responsibilities also include developing new accounts and generating new business from existing accounts to achieve growth targets and improve market share position.
Responsibilities:
Enhance an in-depth relationship with an assigned portfolio of customers to understand their needs and deliver valued solutions that generate cross-sales and revenue growth.
Manage portfolio of 30-125 relationships with high frequency of quality contacts.
Target and create new customer opportunities by identifying key decision makers, executing a strategic selling approach and successfully positioning the company value proposition.
Develop a consultative relationship with a focus on total addressable opportunities through building value into the sale at all customer levels and opportunities.
Maintain a high level of activity to meet daily sales metrics and develop a healthy sales funnel.
Utilize Salesforce.com tools and other systems to manage, track and develop customers.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and profitability targets.
Engagement with vendors and suppliers via training and individual interaction
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Carrier Ecosystem and General Contractor Markets
Proficient relationship building skills on the phone, virtually and in-person.
Articulate, persuasive and influential communicator with high level active listening skills.
Strong strategic account planning and consultative selling competencies.
Professional presentation skills and highly developed interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with proven experience managing multiple, competing priorities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree, or significant relevant experience.
3-10 years business-to-business sales experience.
Track record of successful revenue and profit generation year after year.
Working knowledge of MS word, excel and power point.
