Position Summary:

  • Our client is looking for passionate individuals to join our Enterprise TEM/EMM operations team. This key position will be responsible for timely and accurate handling of client data for their customers. The Managed Services Account Manager’s tasks will include data entry, invoice reports, invoice/account reconciliation, dispute management, provisioning, quarterly customer recommendations and customer account management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple customers according to SLA and customer satisfaction requirements
  • Communicate with internal and external vendor contacts to resolve issues with invoices or billing
  • Create provisioning orders, submit to vendors and track orders in TEM through completion.
  • Manage disputes with customer on vendor telecom invoices based on SLA with customer
  • Accounts payable and General Ledger processing
  • Electronic data validation
  • Complete internal reporting needed to effectively manage the Managed Services customer accounts
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and vendors
  • Provide assistance with analysis and telecom invoice auditing using both automated and manual approaches to identify errors and disputes with carrier and provide customers with recommendations.
  • Conduct customer review meetings using PowerPoint presentations
  • Conduct customer meetings providing agenda and meeting minutes
  • Meet established timelines for regular client reporting
  • Provide training to the customer on the TEM Suite features and functionality
  • Create, update and maintain standard process documentation functions
  • Prioritize critical client issues
  • Manage time and client conflict resolution
  • Work effectively as part of a high-performance team
  • Demonstrate TEM Suite functionality and value in a customer setting
  • Data entry into customer databases
  • Verification of invoice data entry
  • Running software to import invoices, produce GL feed files or AP feed files, produce reports
  • Managing customer requests for services
  • Assist other departments as needed (specifically new Managed Services customer implementations)
  • Perform general clerical functions (typing, copying, filing and shipping)

Qualifications:

  • Telecommunications procurement services for wireline and/or wireless
  • Disputing telecommunications services with telecom vendors
  • Managing of telecommunications service invoices
  • Managing external customers and providing customer support
  • Working knowledge of accounting applications and Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong typing and data entry skill
