Scope:
Critical Services for VA10 Electrical Breaker Evaluations, Validation & Coordination
The position involves forensic work on already installed electrical lines and related components
Development and deployment of a Service Plan for electrical distribution breaker installation and validation. Plan and services to include:
Development of checklist and tracking sheet to document as-discovered, as-submitted, as-designed, as-coordinated, as-left, and as-corrected conditions related to:
Breaker selections, sizing, distribution, documentation, and installations
Breaker trip and time delay settings in Project Submissions
Breaker trip and time delay settings in Engineered Short Circuit Coordination Study
Breaker trip and time delay settings set or as-left in the Field
Breaker and Device labeling
Breaker and Device Arc Flash rating and labeling
Allocation of resources for the Project to track, document, and complete
Field Resource – Evaluation of current breaker installed, breaker settings, breaker sizing, labeling, and as-discovered conditions in the field. Provide as-discovered documentation for deployed VA10 Core/Shel, Vault 1, and Vault 2 systems.
Coordinated Resource—Capture and evaluate compartmental data from partial engineered documentation, partial implementation documentation, submitted Trade Partner and 3rd Party agency documentation, and ongoing discovery led by Owner teams.
Lead PM Resource
Evaluation of the latest breaker short circuit coordination study as compared to: Field-installed devices, settings, and labeling; Design drawings and submittal documentation; Breaker setting requirements throughout electrical distribution from the Utility MVS to the PDU distribution.
Provide documentation and an ongoing deliverable tracker for conditions discovered and corrective actions needed regarding the details above.
Conduct Weekly Coordinated Meetings with Site Leadership / Program Team.
Coordinate with Design Electrical Lead and TechOps Leadership.
Development of a 2-week Look ahead schedule for allocated resources.
As needed, assist in validating any Breaker Field Installation Verification processes, which may include a GC-managed Tamper Seal Tracking Program.
As needed, assist in the discovery, mitigation, and documentation efforts that are ongoing with Design and Tech Ops.
