We are currently representing an excellent Technical Account Manager, who has 7 years experience as Technical Account Manager and Wireless Certification Expert in the Wireless industry.

Some of his accomplishments include:

• Primary interface between company and Verizon Wireless teams as technical contact for handset engineering, device certification, sales engineering, product marketing teams and internal and external VZW user trial teams for both Android and Windows Mobile platforms.
• Validated and tested all features and applications for devices on wireless networks including: 802.11a/b/g, Bluetooth, CDMA and GPRS. Tested operations of PDA devices including configuration, synchronization, applications testing and verification thereafter tracking defects/artifacts using Citrix CQCM program.
• Managed relationship with third party software application vendors, test Houses and Validation labs like to identify, guide and achieve readiness and integration of prelaunch issues and accomplishment of IOT’s for prelaunch issues and accomplishment of IOT’s for MMS, SMS, and BT etc.
• Worked closely with AT&T, China CMCC, VIVO Brazil and Verizon for Cellular Software and applications testing and validation.
