Experience Summary:

We are currently representing an excellent Systems and Operations Manager, who has 25 years experience in Global Communications Systems, Government, Electronic Warfare Systems, Intel, Operations, and Personnel Management.

Some of his accomplishments include:

• Managed critical tactical assets of over 2.5M including VSAT fixed satellite and tactical satellite systems, RF, IF, routers, data switches, baseband data, secure computer networks, and secure VOIP services.
• Technical electronics management experience installing, implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and managing electronic systems with more than 10 years of satellite systems experience. Management of engineering, operations, personnel and technical support services.
• Initialized and implemented Global Satellite systems, and respective secure networks, configuration and life-cycle management, ensuring equipment up-time of greater than 98% of critical global networks and respective infrastructures.
• Master Training Specialist.
• Doctoral of Business Administration (DBA) candidate. Completed all requirements leading to the program dissertation sequence with the expectation to publish 2014.
