Some of his accomplishments include:

• Established and grew the T-Mobile unit from $25,000 per year to over $4,000,000 million in 16 months.
• Launched highest number of site upgrades in market ever with over 600 sites on air in less than 90 days and a total of over 2,000 upgraded in one year. Maintained an average 30% margin under challenging conditions.
• Launched AT&T’s first LTE network in New England (6th in the nation and first proof of concept in the North East)
• Developed and implemented a business plan for the first wireless broadband network in the Caribbean
• Jamaican telco – Demonstrated expertise in managing full life-cycle network deployment of wireless communication networks and grew start-up into a 2,000+ site wireless network including core systems; completed on time and within budget. Acquired over 100,000 customers within first year (80% faster than projected). System now supports over 2,000 sites, 6 million customers and has created over 4,000 jobs.
