We are currently representing a Senior Director, RAN, who has nineteen years of experience in wireless.

His recent accomplishments include:

• Selected to oversee the new organization and lead teams of architects and engineers specializing in Radio Access Network, IP Transport, Network Management Systems, and Mobile Devices. Accountable for technology development, architecture, technical vendor selection, and wireless network design for five countries.
• Build the technology future, define architecture, evaluate equipment, and select vendors for Long Term Evolution (LTE); ensure competitive position and continued growth in an increasingly complex market.
• Turned around the Nextel Brazil 3G network deployment organization with 8,000+ sites and $450M in annual CAPEX; created a more effective and scalable organization that enables the subsidiary to launch new technologies within project timelines and budgets.
• Positioned company to improve margins by 15% to 20% YOY.
• Led a team of experts identifying root cause of poor financial performance of 3G PTT service in Peru and developed solutions to post-launch issues with Qualcomm’s Push-To-Talk first office application.
• Solution helped position the subsidiary to be sold to a Chile-based carrier.
