Experience Summary:

We are currently representing an excellent and dynamic Senior Bids and Proposals Manager, with over 15 years of Strategic Proposal Development, Project Management and Team Leadership experience within the wireless industry. She is experienced in the government, public safety and commercial sectors.

Some of her accomplishments include:

• Successfully managed daily operations for a billion dollar commercial and government team handling hundreds of proposals a year with a negotiated close rate of over 70-80%.
• Spearheaded the integration of three de-centralized proposal teams throughout North America and restructured the organization by creating a first-of-a-kind Career Matrix for Proposal Professionals and new legally defensible published job descriptions, which are now used to recruit and select highly qualified applicants around the world.
• Exponentially improved the quality of sales presentations and thus the capture rate by creating a Knowledge Management community of internal experts to capture reusable content for customer-facing presentations.
• Developed and implemented the first-ever company-wide Proposal Professional Training Program that was presented to, and recognized by, the accreditation committee of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals at the 2012 National Conference.
• Master’s in Professional Writing plus an MBA in Change Management/Leadership.
