Experience Summary:

We are currently representing an excellent Regional Sales Director, who has nearly 20 years of experience selling to State, Local and Federal Government, including team building and management and general management / P&L responsibility.

Some of his accomplishments include:

• Successfully built, managed and developed a profitable Public Safety LMR business including P/L responsibilities.
• Successfully managed team of sales people to meet/exceed quotas.
• Successfully forecasted and sold LMR System Solutions in $5m – $150m range.
• Created and managed Indirect Channel partnerships with OEMS, Tower Companies, Large-scale system integrators and consulting entities.
• Sold subscriber equipment including: portable radios, mobile radios, base stations, CAD systems, interoperability switches, consulting, extended warranties, maintenance services and accessories.
• Politically astute with just under 10 years in the New York State Legislature.

Our candidate is currently based in the Southern, CA and is willing to relocate anywhere.
