Experience Summary:

We are currently representing an excellent Indirect Carrier Accounts Manager, who has 20+ years experience in Sales, Marketing, Telecommunications and Wireless vendor brand management.

Some of his accomplishments include:

• As a Member of the Executive Management Team manage a large geographic territory for a leading national provider of innovative and value-driven wireless services; current area includes New Mexico and Texas.
• Developed key strategies/programs for sales, marketing, PR, Sales distribution, planning, customer service and training with National Retail partners including Wal-Mart, Radio Shack, Kmart and Best Buy.
• Strategically built an indirect team from 1 agent door to 35 indirect stores producing consolidated numbers that have increased average monthly gross numbers every year 275% from the first year.
• Collaborate with indirect distribution and National Retail partners to develop, measure, and manage business plans on an ongoing basis balancing customer growth, cost, customer attrition and market conditions with the overall corporate/market distribution strategy for assigned territory.
• Partner with District Sales Directors and appropriate finance manager to identify opportunities in cost improvement and all financial functions within the assigned territory
• Maintain the awareness of Carrier’s presence in the assigned territory market(s) and districts through effective use of local PR, marketing, and Marketing Dealer Fund initiatives.
• Managed Retail/Business Sales, and Agent Channel Distribution increasing productivity and customer base. Developed new agent channel and increased distribution by 300%.
