Experience Summary:

We are currently representing an excellent Program Manager, who has 13 years of IT and business management experience in both the start up and enterprise sector with key emphasis on infrastructure management, large scale deployment, billing and telecommunications, vendor management and program management.

Some of his accomplishments include:

• As a Sr. Project Manager at a Tier 1 wireless carrier, he managed a highly complex 1.5 year long project merging Enterprise Telephone for two major financial institutions.
• Led projects from start to finish including technologies from backup, network, wintel, unix, telecom, and DB across 2000 servers. Managed and coordinated efforts with 3rd party vendors, internal infrastructure teams to deliver projects on time and under budget.
• Managed two projects with acquired financial institutions (120 branches and 2,200 users). Hired and managed 250 field technicians, 12 regional technical leads and 14 project coordinators to oversee activities and budge of $616,000. Saved the company $70,000 in travel costs and increased project margins by 20%.
• Was the single point of contact for Engineering, Provisioning, Business unit delivery managers, Accounting, Finance, Procurement, Asset Management as well as the Server Team while reporting on on-going network projects for 14 enterprise level accounts. Fantastic experience providing a solid base for performing ITIL best practices.
