We are currently representing an excellent Sr. I/C Design Engineer/Manager with PhD, who has nineteen years of experience in hardware product development for the wireless industry.

Some of his accomplishments include:

• Development of: High performance DFE (Digital Front End), ASIC: DPD, OBSAI, CPRI, 10G Ethernet, CP, DL/UL path, Channel filters and NCO.
• Developed the first LTE FEMTO system at NSN, developed four Patents.
• Managed 3 R&D teams to develop and produce 10 ASIC/FPGE chips for TD LTE (DFE/connectivity/BB) system, 8 pipes MIMO, DPD, Clipper, SRC, Equalization, Channel Estimation, OFDM, RP3/CPRIA VIP verification in OVM/UVM environment.
• Created, hired and managed 80 engineers in R&D environment.
• Speaks Mandarin and English.
