• Strategic Planning – Key member of senior leadership team that sold 60 corporate-owned stores to dealer partners, generating $3M in revenue; led outsourcing initiative that eliminated $8M in salary and administrative expenses.
• Organizational Engagement – Transformed a struggling dealer group of 4,000 dealers into a thriving, profitable, branded retail network, increasing dealer channel revenue 40%; generated over $6M of dealers’ own money to expand their businesses.
