Experience Summary:

We are currently representing an excellent Senior DAS RF Engineer, who has over ten years of experience in wireless communications.

Some of his accomplishments include:

• Over 10 years of experience in wireless communication industry standards like GSM, UMTS, LTE RF Design/Optimization, and In-building RF Design/Performance.
• Good knowledge and extensive use of tools like Actix, iBwave, Wizard, Atoll, TEMS, MapInfo, Nokia OSS, ALU WMS etc.
• Collecting data in TEMS pocket and post processing the collected data on TEMS Discovery, including comparison to predicted coverage in iBWave for optimization of UL/DL RSSI and technology specific KPIs (RSRP, CPICH, RSRQ, RSCP and Ec/Io).
• Designed over 200 2G and 3G macro sites, 50 In-building sites (Senate, Smithsonian etc.) and 2 outdoor DAS solutions. Site design and dimensioning included analyzing second carrier trigger sites based on existing network, antenna type, Azimuth, Tilt, traffic analysis and T1s required per sector using Altarro/Atoll.
• Small Cell Design: Actively worked on small cell design projects all over DC metro market. This design requires analysis of UMTS – RSCP, Ec/Io and LTE – RSRP, RSRQ drive data, ATOLL propagation, and creation of suitable polygon and SARF for the site acquisition team to pursue small cell nodes; in challenging residential areas.
