He is an accomplished manager with solid leadership and project management skills; experienced at managing vendors and cross-functional teams to successfully optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Some of his accomplishments include:

• Directed the design, build, and implementation of a 250 million prospect marketing database to drive multi-channel integration and optimize marketing strategy, reporting, and results.
• Multi-channel experience includes internet, direct mail, email, search, microsite, mobile, phone, television, and radio.
• Built and implemented predictive models using KXEN and SPSS – successfully increasing response rates 200% to increase conversion and lower the cost per lead.
• Rolled out new SQL Server databases and Tableau business intelligence reporting software to standardize reporting and provide real-time dashboards and measurable KPI’s.
• Implemented new RedPoint and Alterian campaign management software for multi-channel campaigns.
