• Influenced the senior leadership team and global software organization to accept and institutionalize the software planning change control forums and processes for all platform software shipped globally
• Ran weekly meeting with the CEO’s direct reports responsible for Software & Services, Tech Team Development, Product Development, Consumer Experience Development, Program Management, Device Product Management, and Enterprise, and met at least monthly with the CEO himself
• Reduced senior leadership team decision cycle turnaround time from over 60 days to less than 8 days
• Served as the bridge between the senior leadership team and the engineering community aligning the leadership vision with engineering implementation, shepherded the masses to find answers and create solutions, and coached individuals to formalize and communicate problems to the senior staff to drive decisions (identify, quantify, list options, provide recommendations)
