• Took over a project in Chile on the verge of default, the company was diving. Recovered the project, flew to Santiago and within 6 months had the project back on track.
• Recovered a Wimax project in Ireland. They were being sued for $145M, and asked him to step on board to provide leadership; he was able to do this and get it back on track within months.
