• UMTS deployment of 7500+ sites (UMTS/HSPA) providing coverage to over 52 million customers in 20 states – pre and post optimization. PCS AWS Spectrum Reframing – implementing U1900 and LTE.
• PM skills with up to 10 reports and working in all phases of network upgrades including: strategy, planning, design, implementation, microwave, mentoring of subordinates, spectrum farming, budget management up to $10M.
• Successful optimization of RAN which contributed to overall system performance improvement.
• Successful representation of new product, drove the efforts to achieve the highest customer satisfaction rating which resulted in “Best Quality Network” for consecutive years maintaining high performance and KPI’s.
• Commended for launching MTC-Vodafone GSM EDGE UMTS/WCDMA networks simultaneously in record time of four months including performing post-launch optimizations.

This candidate is currently based in the Midwest and can relocate to the southern states, preferably Texas or Florida.
