• Worldwide responsibility for new product definition, product roadmap management, business development, and marketing strategy. Achieved revenue growth of 98% year-over-year, 2011-2012.
• Responsible for worldwide product launch and promotion of high-speed analog semiconductor products such as RF, Digital Radio, and Amplifiers.
• Drove key customer relationships at Tier 1 base station OEMs as well as responsibility for training, motivating and measuring the performance of sales channel partners.
