We are currently representing an excellent Senior Wireless Engineer w/Business Development experience, who has twenty years of experience in wireless.

Some of his accomplishments include:

• Technical lead in designing a $1B+ secure, nationwide wireless network supporting 15 federal agencies over multiple departments.
• Defined strategy and competitive analysis for two proposals of $1B and $300M for the design, development and operation of a state-wide public safety network.
• Business development lead and author of RFI that shaped a $25M bid for a portable containerized 3GPP (GSM, WCDMA, LTE) network.
• Consulted to Tier 1 mobile network operators across 10 countries on strategic network expansion, feasibility studies, and special projects related to network operations and performance.
• Experience in preparing of RFP responses, strategic teaming, competitive assessment, integration of win themes, persuasive writing, compliance, scheduling and pricing.
