We are currently representing an excellent Director, Wireless Presales and Professional Services, with over 15 years of experience including RF Engineering, Presales Engineering, Project Management, and Management of Global Teams, Expertise in Network Monitoring, Optimization and Integration as well as Big Data and Customer Experience Analytics and SON solutions.

Some of his accomplishments include:

• Managed Professional Services (Presales and Service Delivery) team for the Americas and SE Asia for Wireless Operator accounts to successfully deliver large services deals.
• Planned and led deployment and acceptance of platform for multiple technologies and wireless operators under tight schedule and budget, allowing for fast Revenue Recognition.
• Developed use cases for Network (QoE monitoring), Marketing and Customer care insights as part of Big Data and Customer Experience Analytics solution for Mobile Data operator (2G/3G/4G and VoLTE).
• Maximized operational efficiency for a diverse team of 15 engineers around the globe by standardizing and enforcing global processes.
• Led RFP response for multiple operators as well as trial execution, customer demo and technical guidance for integration with Big Data Analytics and SON solution.
