• 3+ years of experience as a manager leading modem carrier acceptance test, functional test and new feature test for LTE FDD, LTE TDD, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, GSM/GPRS and Dual SIM.
• Define wireless carrier acceptance test strategy for main chipset platform and derivative platforms.
• Identify test equipment and packages for AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless to maximize coverage in lab, minimize duplication and costs.
• Define test strategy for modem functional test covering 3GPP specs, feature interaction, failure scenarios, and race condition for Phy, MAC, RRC, NAS and IMS.
