• Oversee the implementation of broadband, voice and WiFi capital projects from inception to operational readiness and general release.
• Spearheaded development efforts in VOIP, growing top-line revenue by $10 million in 18 months.
• Recruited, trained and motivated sales and marketing staff to build a 150+ sales organization posting 19 months of consecutive revenue growth.
