Experience Summary:

We are currently representing an excellent Senior Engineering Manager, who has 20+ years leading teams in network engineering.

Some of his accomplishments include:

• As an R&D leader, accountability for leading both hardware and software engineering and integrated project teams along with ODM vendors to successfully deliver enterprise-class CPEs (Switch/Router/WLAN-controller/WLAN AP) for Enterprise and ISP customers.
• Leads NPI teams and managed 30 SW development engineers in Romania and 6 ODM engineers in Taiwan while fully supporting his domestic team.
• Delivered a comprehensive suite of Enterprise Stackable Switches featuring both fast Ethernet and Gigabit variants within a single family (total of 17 models).
• Oversaw product development and management of local ODM vendors for Enterprise Routers/Switches, WLAN AP, Wireless Mesh, SIP-based VoIP solutions, and IP phone product devlopment.
• Successfully provided 1st gen controller and continuously support the WLAN data and control split plane architecture.
