• Created 500% growth in 7 years taking an organization of $20M and 9 reps to $110M and 76 reps.
• Led team of 4 Directors, 4 Team Leads and 76 Reps including Field and Inside Sales, Sales Engineers, Professional Services and Training throughout the US, Canada and Latin America (Americas).
• Exceeded 100% of Annual Operating Plan 6 out of 7 years: 2002(105%), 2003(103%), 2004(100%), 2005(98%), 2006(103%), 2007(105%), 2008(100%) and 2009(97%).
