Experience Summary:

We are currently representing an excellent Project Management Executive, who has thirty years of experience in the communications industry.

Some of his accomplishments include:

• Managed all build and telecomm/data system installation activities for a major US based mobile network operator. Responsible for vendor management for all hardware and services in the core network; responsible for a capital spend plan of $150M – 500M annually.
• Grew from 12 mobile switching offices to 80 facilities in three year period (completed 29 in single year). All projects were completed at a fast pace (approx 5 months) and within competitive budget.
• Lead a team of Project Managers to implement the outsourcing of Network Operations and Engineering to third party vendor.
• Created engineering, operations, and construction standards function; established methodology to identify and prioritize needs, engage end users and sponsorship, and drive accountability and compliance.
• Developed vision for a complete new network build; identified and engaged support from key vendors; completed Turn-key vendor Scope of Work and RFI; completed National Program Management vendor Scope of Work and RFI. Developed staffing and budget for large scale network build.
