Experience Summary:

We are currently representing an excellent RF Engineering Manager, with recent LTE Project experience, who has over 30 years of experience in the wireless industry including Engineering Management, Program Management and Operations Management.

Some of his accomplishments include:

• Oversight of design and deployment of DAS solutions for LTE new builds and upgrades.
• Managed 800+ sites and 150+ indoor solutions with up to 13 engineers in the RF network design, optimization, and performance.
• Directed the design and performance for 1515 sites and 27 employees for an entire major metro market. Best ever network quality levels during mandatory spectrum loss were maintained and the build plan goals were achieved.
• Proven team builder and coach known for delivering high quality results in RF network design, optimization, and project management on 2, 3, and 4G wireless technologies.

Our candidate is currently based in the Northeastern US and is willing to relocate for the right opportunity.
