Experience Summary:

We are currently representing an excellent Senior Engineering and Continuous Improvement Manager, who has 15+ years of experience telecom, software engineering, and electro-mechanical product development quality, operations, and IT.

Some of his accomplishments include:

• Team leadership of successful electro-mechanical product development/integration, QA, deployment/NPI/FOA, and tier 1st /2nd customer support (up to 50 staff/$10M+ budgets).
• Individual MBB/BB leadership of cross-functional product development, operations, supply chain, and IT DSS project initiatives, completing multiple successful projects of $1M+ improvement and cost avoidance.
• Creator and SLT interface for closed-loop quality systems, organizational processes, governance, readiness reviews, CAPA, and SEI/ISO/TL registration programs across multi-sites.
• Leader of successful real-time embedded SW development/test programs spanning entire SDLC, including implementation of development/SCM environments/ tools.
• Led1st practical example of SW “platforming” within Major Handset Manufacturer
• Designed, built, and oversaw operations for a full CDMA system support lab.
