Experience Summary:

We are currently representing an excellent Program Manager Telematics and User Based Insurance, with 15 years in the wireless industry and 7 years in insurance.

Some of his accomplishments include:

• Increased Insurance User Base program footprint from a 3 state pilot to 30 states offering in the past year.
• Negotiated dozens of longer-term contracts with suppliers, increasing their deliverables while lowering costs, saving the company in 2013 to date $5 million towards a targeted total savings of $9 million.
• Led a cross-functional team to provide vehicle testing to determine vehicle compatibility prior to self-device customer installations. Nearly 5,000 vehicle types have been tested with the telematics device being compatible in over 4,600 makes and models. The program includes 42 vehicle manufacturers and 18 different model years. Customers have logged over 670 million miles with over 25 million hours driven.
• In an effort to reduce warranty expenses, managed the Supply Chain organization national launch of Exchange by Mail (XBM) warranty program to call center personnel that created a $50 million savings in yearly warranty revenue expenditure.
