Some of his accomplishments include:

• Managed an $80M Healthcare global X-Ray portfolio P&L, overseeing R&D for delivery of 3 premium medical device products and development of 1 low-cost and 1 specialty product. Increased revenues by 80% in one year.
• Define all feature content for majority of $19B leading manufacturer cell phone portfolio, negotiate phone features with top12 global cellular carriers, and collaborate with product marketing for new phone concepts, reducing feature churn and matching appropriate content with value position of phone.
• Created initial definition of world’s first 3G phone, laying the foundation for capabilities of today’s smart phones. Worked with the two largest Japanese companies in the delivery of initial 3G implementations.
• Lead company-wide strategic initiatives, including Intellectual Property License analysis that preserved over $50M in profits for essential patents from other companies and selection of key third-party network management software that was used by five different businesses within the corporation (leading manufacturer of mobile phones) and their operations center solutions.
• Able to move to different industries and make immediate impacts in new environment, exemplified by transition to healthcare industry and immediately obtaining results in quality improvements and global collaboration.
• Broad global experience through management of remote teams in China, India, Russia and Europe and business development activities with large multi-national companies.
