We’re currently representing an excellent Senior Director of Quality, who has 35 years of experience in Telecommunications.

Some of his accomplishments include:

• Fourteen years of senior management experience, totaling 35 years of quality, engineering, program management, and continuous improvement expertise to drive revenue growth, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Planned and established quality and regulatory systems and directed the multi-facility quality team to implement these key quality systems. These systems and initiatives included the planning and implementation of TL9000, ISO 9000 quality systems for 6 facilities.
• Team leader who’s established strategic partnerships with international vendors and introduced numerous internal and supply chain quality improvement initiatives that reduced overhead, expanded business opportunities, and accelerated business growth during a fourteen-year period.
• Secured $6+ million in incremental new business with AT&T and Verizon outside Plant and Cellular systems.
• Designed quality and customer service systems to secure ISO 9002 certification, compliance to QS9000 and upgrade to ISO 9001.
• Implemented metrics to monitor cycle time, delivery performance, and product quality to comply with certification audits from various clients.
• Directed multi-million dollar component design projects, including HNS Mobile Satellite and XM radio programs.
• Key team member involved in orchestrating the opening of a manufacturing facility in Mexico to maintain competitive market advantage and retain multi-million dollar contracts from key accounts.
