Job Description:
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key customer relationships, driving sales, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand the customer base.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their technical requirements and providing solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to manage project timelines, product development, and order fulfillment.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutual benefits for both the company and clients.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as required.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or account management within the antenna, telecommunications, electronics, or manufacturing sectors.
Strong technical understanding of RF, antennas, or wireless communication products is highly desirable.
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
