• Our client manufactures and delivers technology solutions in the Land Mobile Radio industry and is a major provider in its niche within the State, Local and Federal Government sectors.
• They have been in business for over 50 years and are very stable and successful within their markets.  They are growing and there is the potential for career advancement.

• Due to growth, we are seeking an RSM to manage half of the state of Texas with a focus on the greater Dallas area. This includes direct sales as well as managing and supporting dealers in order to increase sales revenues in the region.
• The successful candidate will have:
• Experience with sales to state and local government in TX, including Public Safety customers such as First Responders in Law Enforcement, Fire, Emergency Services, and will be experienced with two-way radio sales or project management.
• Experience managing the sales relationships with land mobile radio dealers in this region is a plus.
