Role Summary:

As an Industry Segment Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and strategic impact. Your responsibilities will include market insights, ecosystem understanding, customer engagement, and collaboration with internal stakeholders. This senior leadership position demands a forward-thinking approach, strong business acumen, and the ability to align industry trends with the company’s product roadmap.

In this role, you will be accountable for the end-to-end experience of the company’s top Wireless customers. This involves leading cross-functional teams in the planning, development, delivery, and support of the company’s solutions as well as engaging in business and marketing development.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate nuanced insights into market dynamics, ecosystem players, and customer needs
  • Develop a system to track customer experience with Keysight solutions and products
  • Strengthen relationships with key customers
  • Collaborate with sales to enhance the company’s footprint
  • Ensure win-win outcomes for customers and their ecosystems

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a strong emphasis on 5G technologies.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the Wireless industry.
  • Deep understanding of RF engineering, wireless communications protocols, signal processing, and test and measurement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across organizations and geographies.
  • Experience working directly with major industry players like Qualcomm and Samsung, focusing on customer satisfaction and relationship management.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to drive innovation and stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the company and competition product portfolios
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects, including resource allocation, timeline management, and budget control.
  • Ability to navigate complex ecosystems and drive impactful partnerships.
